  • DROP-IN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSIONS

    Flexible, high-quality 1-hour training without a membership commitment.

    $25/session (Youth Athletes)

    $70/session (Middle School - College Athletes)

    Train with your age group on a custom program based on your assessment and sport demands.

    Waiver must be completed before the first session.

    *Middle School - College Athletes: schedule your free assessment before attending a drop-in session.

  • BASEBALL & SOFTBALL LESSONS

    Private and group skill instruction in hitting, fielding, and overall development.

    Private 1-on-1: $90 per 1-hour session

    Group Lessons:

    2 athletes: $100 total

    3 athletes: $120 total

    4+ athletes: $40 per athlete

    Team Session: $200 per team/session

    Custom lessons tailored to player needs. Collegiate, professional, and high-level coaching experience behind every session.

    Personal training sessions are scheduled separately from athlete training times to ensure the safety of our student-athletes and maintain a dedicated environment for each group.
