Every athlete’s journey starts with a comprehensive free assessment designed to establish a performance baseline and identify areas for growth.
We evaluate:
10-Yard Dash — explosive acceleration and sprint mechanics
5-10-5 Agility Drill — lateral quickness, change of direction, and body control
Broad Jump — lower body power and explosiveness
Strength & Mobility — full-body movement patterns, flexibility, and stability
Grip Strength — upper body strength, stability, and overall functional capacity
Sport-Specific Demands — position-specific movement, skill needs, and readiness
This complete assessment allows us to create fully customized training programs, built specifically for your sport, your goals, and your level—whether you’re walking into your first session or dialing in your off-season college prep.
